I am the kind of person who keeps restarting the race until I get first place, so this rewind feature is indeed a savior. I wouldn't say a PC release will NEVER happen, it is published by Microsoft, however the series has not yet seen a PC port, so its probably unlikely to see one now. Rewind sounds like a savior for someone like me who doesn't care that I had to more or less cheat to get the last 20 seconds of a race done right when I did it fine the past 14-19 minutes.
