In a time of 140-character tweets and text msging as a primary form of communication, this post's length seems kinda extreme. You lost me at "In the next several paragraphs.."

I'm sorry, but what you are asking for is for developers to have more bugs or exploits available. I just don't see this happening, and as much as I enjoy a fun exploit as much as the next guy, if it is left alone and radically through off the balance of the game, I don't want to be a part of that game.

Also: "Don't make it easy to do" is incredibly relative.

And, to be frank, if the quality of a game to the average consumer is going to take a dive to make it "more interesting to watch" in an MLG perspective, count me out. I understand the market for MLG, but for it to be appreciated like a sport, there are going to have to be consistency in rules and structure. Thats what makes sports work. Maybe this is an inherent flaw in gaming that makes it unworkable in an MLG setting.

Also, I don't think its a coincidence that the games you mention having such great exploits/tricks/whatever are from the early age of online competitive games. Just pointing it out.
